Meats.
(Meat is basicaly a part or parts of an animal)

Fish is brain food as it's an excelent source of
omega-3 fatty acids which is important in the development of the brain. It also helps reduce plague infestation in the artries.
Also a source of vitamin B that helps with cognative ability and memory.
King Crabs are high in protien, low in fat and have 7 milligrams
of zinc per 3.5 oz serving. Zinc helps support healthy bones and immune function.
The term Ham refers to the meat made from the rear leg of a
pig, preserved by smoking, salting, drying, or any combination of these processes. Hams are produced by almost every
country in the world.

Fruits.
(botanicaly speaking are the reproductive organs of a plant,
the parts that carry seeds).

English sailors came to be called Limeys after
using lime juice to combat scurvy. Limes are native to Southeast Asia.
Oranges have more fiber in them than any other fruit or vegetable.
Largest region for producing lemon (fruit) is Italy.
Apples are more efficient than caffeine for waking
you up in the morning. Apples are part of the rose family. Redglove apples are hybrids that have 30-40% more antioxidants
than normal hued apples.
Pineapples like a lot of other fruits require a frost free enviorment.
Fresh Pineapples have a high vitamin C content. It's also said they contian micro-nutreints that can break up blood
clots, and are benificial to the heart, it's also said that the micro-nutreints can protect against cancer. It's also
said that Pineapple juice can kill intestinal worms, and relieve intestinal disorder, it aids in removing toxic
elements from the body. The Bromilain in Pineapples helps reduce the swelling brought on by arthritis, grout, sore throat,
and acute sinusitis.
Bannana's are fruits that are part of the berry family
since they have seeds within their fleshy pulp. The bannana tree could be classified as a herb tree since the trunk isn't
a real trunk yet instead is formed by thinly wrapped leaf sheets. This makes Banana's the worlds largest herbs. Bannanas
also contain a natural chemical that can induce happyness in a person, which is also found in Prozac. Bannanas also contain
all 8 of the Amino-Acids human bodies themselves can't produce. Good source of potassium, fiber, and vitamin C. Red
Bannanas have more vitamin C then Yellow Bannanas.
Strawberries are the only fruit which has seeds on
the outside. They also have more vitamine C than oranges.
High
Bush Blueberry bushes can produce Blueberries for 40-50 yrs before dying. Blueberries have more antioxidins
than any other fruit or vegetable. Blueberries don't ripen once picked.
There are more than 1,000 varieties of cherries in
the United States. Cherries are drupes or Stone Fruits related to Plums and are distantly related to Peaches. Believed
to have been around since the Stone age.
Prunes/Dried Plums are rich in copper and Boron both
of which help prevent osteoporosis. They also have a fiber called inulin which helps with calcium absorption.

Vegetables.
(considered the parts of a plant that would help substain it
like leaves, stems, roots, flowers,bulbs, and some seeds).

Capsaicin which gives Chile Pepers their heat acts
as a disease preventing phytochemical and could act as a anticoagulant that could prevent blood clots.
Bell Peppers can be purple, yellow, red or the traditional green.
An average ear of corn has 800 kernels arranged in 16 rows.
Green Veggies that contain vitamine D can prevent
heart diseas and cancer and even prevent nerual tube defects in unborn-babies.
While carrots are thought to be good for the eyes
Green Veggies have more lutien in them than Carrots (which helps fight off macular degeneration).
Asparagus is a low calorie source of folateand potassium. Stalks
are also high in antioxidants. This veggie spoils quickly and if not refrigerated loses 1/2 it's vitamin C and much of it's
flavor in 2-3 days.
Broccoli is the only vegtable that is also a flower.
Tomatos are high in Lychopene a cartoroid, eating foods with
cartoroids can reduce the risk of cancer.

Dairy.
(Dairy is mostly products made from milk).

Emmental/ Emmenthaler or
Swiss Cheese is a Cheese from Switzerland. Actualy it's the oldest and most important cheese, named for
the country's Emmental Valley. It has a nutty buttery flavor, and in France and Switzerland is made from partialy skimmed unpastorized
cows milk. In U.S.A, Astralia, and Germany partialy skimmed pastorized milk is used to make Emmental's though
this changes the flavor and texture a bit. There are three bacteria that make up any Swiss cheese Streptococcus
thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, and Propionibacter shermani.
The holes are formed when the Propionibacter consumes the lactic acid ecrited by the other bacteria and releases carbon dioxide
which forms the bubbles that pop forming the holes. The larger the holes/eyes in the cheese the more pronounced it's flavor,
though the cheeses with large holes crumble easier, and don't slice well.
Regular yogurt while like most
of the calcium rich dairy products is good for your bones. It also contains good bacteria that help maintain proper digestive
health and help boost a persons immune system.

Grains.
(most things in this group come from edible seeds).

Rice plants may have up to 55,000 genes.
The crust of a slice of bread
has 8 times the amount of cancer fighting antitoxins than the center of the same slice of bread would have.

Other Foods
(these are other foods that either fall into to many of the
catogories above, or none of the catagories above).

Black or Green Tea (and some others) can also help
prevent the risk of Cancer or Heart Disieas.
Honey is the only food product that doesn't
spoil period.
Nuts can help reduce the likely hood of cancer
and heart dicsease if eaten regularly. Most have antioxidin vitamin E and some have Artery uncloging monosaturated
fats. About 850 peanuts are needed to make an 18oz jar of peanut-butter. Acorns are part of the nut family and can be used
as food as well. It takes 1000lbs of almonds to make 1 pint of almond oil. The protien in Almonds is almost identical
to that found in human breast milk.
Tomatoes and Tomato products may help reduce the
risk of prostate cancer and or breast cancer cooked tomatoes are better than raw ones though.
Nutmeg can be poisonous if injected intravenously.

Health Information.

Listening to loud music can make one have hearing
problems and posibly go deaf.
Sitting to close to the T.V will fatigue a persons
eyes, yet will not permently damage them, the same is true if one is reading with not that much light.
Don't rub your hands in snow if frostbitten. Gradual warming
is key yet rubbing the area with anything may damage more tissue.
Chicken Soup isn't a true cure for colds.
Neither Stress nor Acid are triggers for an ulcers. 90%
of ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection usualy linked to the H.pylori bacteria. Stress, acids, and dieting can worsen
the syndromes of an ulcer
The old adage feed a cold and starve
a fever is not one that should be praticed since people with fevers tend to need more calories and though fluids are
encourged while fending of a cold there's no need to over eat.
Exercise can help you build muscles,
yet were a person looses weight, depends more on genetics than it does a spesific exercise.
Daily exercise has shown to improve blood cholesteral levels,
prevent bone loss, boost ones energy level, release tension, improve one's self image, etc.
Gardening is the best exercise for maintaining healthy bones.
Day Time Naps improve memory and also help cut down on the
risk for heart disease.
If you use a straw while drinking sugary drinks like soda,
it will keep the sugar away from your teeth.

Deadly Poisons and Toxins.

Anthrax if you touch it you will infect you, yet inhailing
it is even deadlier. Symtoms are like that of a cold or flue, followed by complete respitory collapse.
Botulinum said to be the deadliest poison known
to man. When contracted the nervouse system shuts down and you die a very painful death.
Cyanide most often suspected poison in crime movies.
Produced from certian bacteria,fungus, and plants. Exposure by inhaliation or diggestion leads to seizurs, cardiac arrest,
and ultimately death.
Lye or sodium hydroxiate is a corrosive alkaline that
can burn and scar skin if touched and can be fatal if swallowed. Lye is used to cure some foods, yet must meet the criteria
outlined in the Food Chemicals Codex of the F.D.A, some lower grades of lye are used as oven cleaners, or drain openers.
Strychnine a pesticide of the bitterest substance
known to man. This substance causes unstoppable spasms that start at the head and neck and soon spread to every muscle in
the body. Death occures from the total exhaustion of the body from the intense convolsions and asphyxiation .
